Over six months, we use the Enneagram not as a label but as a living map — of your attention, your protection strategies, your deepest longings. We go beyond type into the real work of self-leadership, self-compassion, and becoming the woman you actually want to come home to.

For nearly twenty years, Katie has helped thousands of women use the Enneagram to understand their patterns, interrupt them, and build lives that feel genuinely like their own. She holds formal training from the Narrative Enneagram Institute and the Awareness to Action certification program, and is a faculty member at the Psychotherapy Networker Symposium.
