As a momma, wife, creative, and breast cancer survivor, Katie brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work. She understands what it means to push through the world’s expectations – only to find yourself longing for something truer.
Her professional focus is helping people move beyond burnout, perfectionism, and self-doubt through awareness and self-compassion. With thousands of hours of clinical work and formal training in the Enneagram, she blends psychology, narrative therapy, and story-driven facilitation to create transformation.
Katie is also the founder of The Practice, an online self-compassion program, curator of events and experiences, and the author of the upcoming book Odd Numbers. Her mission is simple: to remind people of their worth and help them live like it’s true. Katie lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, Daniel, and their son in a home tucked in the Tennessee hills where their living room doubles as an inspiring recording studio.
The most powerful tool?
Your Story.
It has the ability to take you places you’ve always dreamed of, heal the broken parts of you, and ultimately invite you into the role of a lifetime—where you play the author—the creator—instead of the victim.
