Integrating self-care practices and the Enneagram, Katie will guide you through practical ways to uncover your true self and empower you to create a compelling new chapter.

  • Rewrite your story

and take control of your self-care

  • Tap into your strengths

to bring your best self forward

  • Better communicate with others

to improve your personal and professional relationships

  • Feel hope and optimism

towards stewarding your path in life
