A quiet, grounded pause for the new year
Katie Gustafson Hosts: An Unhurried Start – An Enneagram-Informed New Year Gathering
Tuesday, January 13, 2026 | 12:00–1:00 PM CST | Live on Zoom | Free
The start of the year can feel loud, fast, and full of pressure. An Unhurried Start is a 60-minute live Zoom gathering designed for women who want to begin the year with reflection, care, and intention—without resolutions, urgency, or the need to have it all figured out.
Drawing from psychotherapy and the Enneagram, Katie will guide participants through a thoughtful reflection to notice what they’re carrying into the year ahead and how to orient themselves with care.
Who It’s For
This gathering is for women who:

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are—and invite a friend if someone comes to mind.
