Katie Gustafson, MA, LPC/MHSP, is a psychotherapist in private practice, a writer, and an enneagram teacher in Nashville, TN. In her private practice she specializes in women’s issues, using the Enneagram as a roadmap to greater self-compassion, relational connection, and empowerment. She also uses the Enneagram in her work as a corporate coach. She is the founder and creator of the Practice, an enneagram-based online membership platform that provides practical ways to use the enneagram in life, relationships, and self-care.
As therapists and coaches, we hold sacred space for our clients in order to nurture healing and effect change. This begins with a greater understanding of our true self. The enneagram–a dynamic personality typing system with nine core personality types–is the most powerful tool we have for this discovery process.
Integrating the Enneagram in our practice offers our clients new, creative ways of connecting with their authentic selves. It combines psychological and spiritual concepts to engage client’s imagination as they move through their own individual process of self-discovery.
