About

Enneagram-Informed
Psychotherapy

Therapy is a sacred space—a place to tell the truth about what’s going on beneath the surface. It’s where we begin to untangle old narratives, come home to the body, and build the capacity to live with more presence, purpose, and peace.

My approach to psychotherapy is deeply integrative, rooted in the belief that lasting healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. The Enneagram is the backbone of my work. It offers a powerful framework for understanding the protective strategies we’ve developed over time and how those strategies, while once adaptive, can keep us stuck in cycles of disconnection, self-criticism, or overwhelm.

But insight alone isn’t enough. That’s why I weave in somatic practices to help the body release stored tension and trauma, narrative therapy to re-author the stories we tell ourselves, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently work with our internal parts, and Brainspotting to access and process experiences held deep in the subcortical brain.

These modalities work in concert to meet you where you are—and move with you toward where you long to be.

Together, we explore questions like:

— What is my nervous system trying to tell me?

— What story am I living out, and is it still serving me?

— What parts of me have been pushed aside—and how can I welcome them back?

— What does healing look like when I stop trying to fix myself and start listening?

This work is both tender and transformative. It’s about learning how to stay present with yourself in a way that’s grounded, compassionate, and real. It’s about loosening the grip of old patterns and stepping into a more integrated, authentic self.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, or just sensing there’s more available to you—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Let’s begin the journey inward—

Together.
